The Road to Paradise - Alamo Enters New Markets in Latin America and the Caribbean
Alamo Rent A Car is opening new branches in the tropical destinations of Antigua and Nicaragua. In addition, El Salvador will benefit from a new, dual-branded rental location, with Alamo focusing on the leisure traveller and National Car Rental covering the demands of corporate travellers.
Travellers to Antigua will benefit from Alamo's new branch conveniently located in Jolly Harbour Resort. Regular shuttle buses run from the airport to this hugely popular part of the island. Alamo will have two locations in Nicaragua, one in the town of Managua and one in Managua Airport. A wide range of vehicles - from compacts to utility - will be offered in both destinations.
The dual branded El Salvador location is situated in Camala International Airport. The new location will recognise and cater for the needs of both business and leisure travellers with services tailored to these two markets.
Sally Hinds, Marketing Director for Alamo said, "This exciting expansion is a reflection of our commitment to providing travellers with a consistency of service in a range of worldwide locations. We recognise that people are travelling to more exotic and remote areas and our expansion plans are designed to ensure we can provide our customers with a full range of car rental products and services wherever they are."
