Don't cry for me Argentina Alamo and National enter Latin America with five new Locations
Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental have announced the opening of five new locations in Argentina, Latin America's second largest economy. With branches opening in Buenos Aires, Rosario, Mendoza, Cordoba and Sante Fe, National and Alamo customers will be guaranteed access to quality rental vehicles.
Choosing from compact to full sized vehicles, sports utility vehicles, pick up truck or mini van, customers visiting Argentina will also have the opportunity to explore the area further and cross the border to Chile for a nominal fee. The franchise will be operated by Flotas Comerciales, an Argentine conglomerate of Peugeot dealerships with car rental experience extending over 10 years.
Neil Summerville, Vice President of Franchising comments, "Argentina is a very cultured and varied country and an ideal destination to rent a car. This expansion offers travellers the ability to visit famous wineries, enjoy shopping in some of the world's finest boutiques, experience a world class polo match or just experience the local architecture at their leisure. It also moves Alamo and National one step closer to the goal of complete coverage throughout the Southern Hemisphere."
