Cancellations and Amendments
Alamo Rent A Car will not charge for reservations cancelled 8 days or more before your pick up time. If you cancel your booking after this time, the following charges apply:
- If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before pick up time, you will be charged either the full cost of your booking or up to a maximum of 20 GBP whichever is the lesser.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your pick up time, you will be charged either the full cost of your booking or up to a maximum of 50 GBP, whichever is the lesser.
An amendment to either the customer's name or the pick up location on the confirmed booking will result in an automatic cancellation and rebook. This will be subject to the above charge.
In the event of a cancellation, your credit card will be refunded, less the above charge. |
