Reservation A reservation is confirmation of a vehicle which is reserved for a customer at a particular location, on a specified date, at an agreed upon price. In order to confirm your reservation we will send you an email to the address you provide. Vehicles are reserved by rate code and vehicle category. Reservations on Alamo.co.uk can be made for all Alamo locations worldwide. Rates are valid until further notice. Your right to cancel: You may cancel or amend your reservation at any time up to 24 hours before the rental is due to commence, by emailing to us written notice of your intention to cancel or amend your reservation on-line via the existing reservations button. Your notice of cancellation or amendment shall be effective from the date it is sent. You have a Cooling Off Period in which to cancel your reservation, of seven working days from the date you receive confirmation of your reservation by email. Working days are all days except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. The confirmation email shall be deemed to be received when we receive conformation that it has been sent successfully. When a reservation is made less than seven Working Days before the start of the rental the right to cancel will expire at the commencement of the rental. In making a reservation less than seven working days before the commencement of the rental you accept this shortening of the Cooling Off Period. Working hours shall be defined as any hour between 8:00 and 18:00 on week days and 8:00 and 13:00 on Saturdays except where the working hours of the branch where the rental is to commence are different. For the avoidance of doubt we will notify you of the working hours of the relevant branch in the confirmation of your reservation. |
