What do I do if my flight has been delayed?

At most rental locations in the USA and Canada, vehicles will be held until the end of the business day on the scheduled pickup date for 12 hours, whichever comes first, for any delayed flights.

If you arrive after the 12-hour period, the scheduled pickup date and time must be changed to the next day.

When you book your reservation online, please also be sure to provide your flight information.

This will allow us to serve you better in the event of any delays.
