Simply print your rental agreement to bring with you, and you are all set! Go directly to your car, show the booth agent your rental agreement and driving licence—and get on the road!

Rental Policies

  • A daily charge of 7.00 EUR up to a maximum 105.00 EUR per rental for each additional authorized driver.  Additional driver requests should be made at the start of rental. Full rental conditions apply to all additional drivers. All insurances are valid for the additional driver or at the time of driving by the additional driver if included on the rental agreement. All fees quoted include VAT.

  • After hours drop is only allowed at locations that are open 24hrs.  The rental location must be informed of the return time at the beginning of the rental.  If this results in a one way rental an additional fee may apply.

  • The Mini, Economy, Economy Elite and Intermediate group of vehicles can be rented by those who are at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for 1 year. The Minivan, Compact, Intermediate and Standard, Intermediate SUV, and Standard SUV group of vehicles can be rented by those who are at least 25 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for 2 years. The Premium, Luxury, and Full-size group of vehicles can be rented by those who are at least 27 years old and have a driver's license for 3 years. There is no young drivers fee for any car groups.

  • CROSS BORDER POLICY. CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE DRIVEN OUT OF TURKEY AT ANY TIME.

  • Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection (CDW-TP) reduces the liability you are responsible for in the event of damage to and/or theft of the vehicle. If Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection (CDW-TP) is not included in the rental agreement, the renter is responsible for the total cost of the damages to the rented vehicle or the value of the vehicle in case of loss or theft. It is available for purchase. If it is included, the excess amounts applicable to Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection (CDW-TP) are 500 EUR for Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate and Standard groups, 700 EUR for Full Size and SUV groups, 1000 EUR for Premium groups, and 1500 EUR for Luxury groups. Damage to the underside, interior and roof is not covered. Any damage caused due to driver negligence and/or breach of the driving laws of the rental country is the responsibility of the renter and is not covered by CDW-TP. In the event of an accident involving a 3rd party, or incidental damage or theft, the customer is responsible for obtaining a report from the police. Without a proper report, the customer takes full responsibility.

  • One way travel is allowed between all Alamo locations in Turkey with fees dependent on the one way route. One way travel outside of Turkey is not permitted.

  • All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel, the renter will be charged for the difference in fuel plus an additional 20% service charge. VAT and local fees and surcharges will also apply to fuel charges.

  • CROSS BORDER POLICY. CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE DRIVEN OUT OF TURKEY AT ANY TIME.

  • ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT: AMEX, DINERS, MASTERCARD and VISA are accepted.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT (SD): For each rental, a credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS or AMEX) is required.

    DEPOSIT: The total rental amount and security deposits will be collected at the beginning of the rental through the credit card of the person renting the vehicle. For the Full Size, Premium and Luxury vehicle groups, two credit cards must be submitted, and the deposit will be charged to each credit card. Any difference in the invoice amount that may occur at the end of the lease, however, will be collected or returned using the same credit card. The credit card holder must be present in person during the rental. The vehicle rental cannot be processed with a credit card that belongs to someone else. In addition to the rental fee, a specific deposit amount, ranging from 100.00 to 500.00 EUR depending on the brand and model of the vehicle, will be collected from the credit card submitted by the customer. Therefore, the renter must have sufficient funds on their credit card to cover at least the total rental amount and deposit fee required. The amount collected as a deposit will be returned to the same credit card at the end of the rental after deducting the amounts not included in the reservation (if any), such as the above-mentioned additional services, assurances, missing fuel, damages, fines etc.

    The deposit refunds will be sent to your credit card within 1–10 business days, depending on the bank's internal communication process.

    DEBIT CARDS/CASH/OTHER: Debit cards, travellers' cheques and Euro cheques are not accepted at any time. Cash payments cannot be used for the deposit or to pay for the rental.

  • IN ORDER TO REQUEST ROADSIDE SERVICE, PLEASE CALL 90 216 44 44 937 TO BE CONNECTED WITH ONE OF OUR ASSISTANCE PROVIDERS. THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK AND IS FREE OF CHARGE. IN THE INSTANCE OF DRIVER NEGLIGENCE OR VIOLATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE HELD FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE VEHICLE AND ASSOCIATED COSTS.

  • RENTER REQUIREMENTS. ALL DRIVERS AND ADDITIONAL DRIVERS MUST PRODUCE A VALID DRIVING LICENSE AT THE TIME OF RENTAL. IN ADDITION TO A VALID DRIVING LICENSE, ALL THE CLIENTS MUST PRESENT AN IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT. IF THE CUSTOMER IS FOREIGN HE OR SHE MUST PRESENT THE PAPER SEAL ON HIS OR HER PASSPORT AT THE RENTAL COUNTER.

  • Third party Liability: Liability protection covers third party liability for third parties to a maximum of TRY 25000. As required by the laws of the country it is included in all rates.
